Pre-launch policy draftBusiness registration details, a public support address and final legal review must be completed before paid public launch.
01

Authorised purpose

Use Stew-Bot only for legitimate race administration, stewarding, league management, support and related evaluation during an authorised trial or subscription.

02

Prohibited technical activity

You must not:

  • probe, scan, attack, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to the service or another customer's records;
  • bypass subscription, permission, rate-limit, tenant-isolation or security controls;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape or reproduce non-public service logic except where a restriction cannot lawfully apply;
  • upload malware, secrets, bot tokens, full payment-card data or material designed to interfere with Discord, Stripe or the service;
  • automate excessive requests or use the service to operate an unrelated data-harvesting system.
03

Content and community

You must not use Stew-Bot to submit unlawful, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, deceptive or infringing content.

League administrators remain responsible for competition rules, steward decisions, member permissions and lawful handling of driver information.

04

Commercial and intellectual property

  • Do not copy, sell, sublicense, distribute or disclose source code or confidential technical material.
  • Do not remove copyright, brand, ownership or confidentiality notices.
  • Do not share one subscription across unrelated Discord servers or resell access without written permission.
  • Do not misrepresent an unauthorised service as Stew-Bot Race Control or as approved by Wade Georgeson.
05

Enforcement

Access may be limited, suspended or terminated where use threatens the service, other customers, platform integrity, legal compliance or payment security. Where practical, a remediable breach will receive notice and an opportunity to correct it.

06

Reporting misuse

Report suspected abuse through the official support pathway shown on the Support page. Include the Discord server ID, relevant timestamps and a concise description without sending passwords, bot tokens or full card numbers.
