What to include in a support request
Provide the Discord server ID, league ID, command or button used, approximate timestamp, expected result and the exact error text. Screenshots are useful when they do not expose tokens or private driver information.
Never send: Discord bot tokens, Stripe secret keys, passwords, recovery codes or full payment-card numbers.
Pre-launch contact: use the existing direct Stew-Bot/OZ-E support channel. A permanent public support address must be connected before commercial launch.
